We are fair-trade people and do NOT accept returns, so please bid to own. We would only accept a return if there is an error or mistake in our listing. We ship USPS and require insurance. We ship in clean cartons with proper packing so we add a $3.00 surcharge to cover these material costs and our packer's time. We ship World Wide as USPS allows.
